Jet Boat Tour: River Thames
Tour departs from Westminster Bridge. Check-in 30 minutes prior to the departure time for the safety briefing and collection of a waterproof coat and life jacket (Waterproof trousers can also be supplied). Redeem voucher at the ticket collection desk at The London Eye, where we will then issue 1 bar coded ticket to be scanned at each attraction + 1 additional timed reservation ticket per attraction Guest will therefore need to present both tickets to each venue (the barcoded one + the reservation one) This means that once guest have exchanged their voucher, they don’t have to go to the box office of the other attractions – They can join the timed entry queue at the time shown on their ticket. Please note that the timed reservation can be changed at each site within the 90 days validity period in case the guest missed their timeslot or want to change it , but it is important that the guests retains the ticket with the barcode as this is the ticket that allows access to all venues. Once voucher is redeemed no cancellations/ refunds available. If clients don’t manage to use all tickets there is no partial refund available.
