Bring out your adventurous side and hike up the Iztaccihuatl volcano for a tour that explores the wilder side of Mexico. From here, we take an intermediate route ascending towards the top by foot. Stunning landscapes will evolve before your eyes as you climb further up and you’ll witness the changing climates and flora. Experience complete tranquillity once we climb to between 4,200 and 4,800 metres, where you’ll see the spectacular glacier and equally spectacular views over Popocatepetl, ‘smoking mountain’ and companion to Iztaccihuatl. Take time to disconnect, take photos and admire the views before we descend back down and return to Mexico City. Magical Towns Tours
The tour begins on the beautiful 18th century hacienda, probably the most famous of the state, belonged to Pedro Romero de Terreros, Count of Regla and was his place favorite of abode and death. Currently part of the hull is preserved, also the arches that were part of the patios and ovens where the silver was mined. We will continue to Huasca de Ocampo, where we will meet one of its attractions, "The Basaltic Prisms," 30 meters high, these prisms are geometric columns of basalt that decorate the walls of the impressive st. Reforma Segway Tour
Our Segway adventure begins as you meet your guide and group in a central meeting point in Polanco. You will put on your helmet and receive a 15-minute training session to learn how to use the Segway, control the speeds, stop, go up and down sidewalks and make turns. Once this is done, it is off to drive the Segway! You will drive all the way to Horacio Avenue, where pedestrians and bicycles pass on by daily, and you will slowly learn to better maneuver the Segway. Our Segway adventure begins as you meet your guide and group in a central meeting point in Polanco. Day 1 The tour starts visiting the imposing archaeological site of Teotihuacán, considered to be the first urban city in Mesoamerica before the Spanish invasion with the largest concentration of inhabitants of the classic Mesoamerican period. On arrival, you will be given a demonstration of the ancient process of making pulque, a traditional alcoholic drink in Mexico. Thick, slightly sweet, and milky, is brewed from the juice of the agave plant, or maguey, and roughly equivalent in strength to beer. It was the sacred drink of the Aztecs.
