After picking you up from your accommodations, we’ll head to the local boxing gym where we’ll be given a short introduction and warm-up before beginning our class. One of the most beloved sports in all of Thailand, Muay Thai is a mixed martial art that is similar to boxing, but also introduces the use of legs, elbows, arms, and shins. Learn the basics of the national sport and work up a sweat as you practice kicks, strikes, and punches. After an hour of Muay Thai action, we’ll head over to the popular Bophut Beach for delicious dinner on the beach. Replenish your body with traditional Thai dishes before we stroll around the night market at Fisherman’s Village. See the vendors selling a wide variety of produce and wares, and maybe do a spot of souvenir shopping before we drop you off at your accommodations.

On this tour, you will enjoy Thai island hopping without worrying about boat transfers! We will have the chance to go swimming around Koh Taen and see the pigs on the island of Koh Madsum. Koh Taen is a tropical island off the southern shore of Koh Samui. Fullday trip northwest from Koh Samui to Angthong Marine National Park*, covers some 250 square kilometers. Major park islands largely towering, verdant rock masses encircled by clear seas, include Mae Koh which has a beautiful beach and an emerald saltwater lake called Thale Nai. Imagine this: Taking a yoga class on a quiet beach, listening to the sound of the crashing waves as you feel the warmth of the sun on your skin and the sand beneath your feet. When else will you get to smell the salty tang of the ocean as you switch from child’s pose to downward-facing dog? We’ll start bright and early with a yoga and meditation class on the beach. Your instructor will make sure to accommodate your skill level as you go through the class. After our morning sweat sesh, we’ll have some free time to make use of the resort’s facilities. You can opt to take a long shower, get a massage at the spa, or sit in the sauna. Feeling refreshed and revitalized, we’ll head to our first destination of the day called Hin Ta Hin Yai. ‘Ta’ and ‘Yai’ actually mean grandfather and grandmother, hence the alternative name ‘Grandfather’s-Grandmother’s Rocks’ given to the famous formations. Learn the local folklore of how the rocks came to be and snap photos of the natural phallic shapes before we go to a local restaurant for some tasty lunch. After filling ourselves with delicious Thai eats, we’ll make our way to Namuang 1 Waterfall, considered one of the most scenic waterfalls on the island. We’ll follow the path until we get a glimpse of the serene cascade in the middle of a lush forest, where you can take a dip in the refreshing waters. One of the lesser-known (and less crowded) sites in Koh Samui, the gleaming golden Laem Sor Pagoda is set against the backdrop of the ocean. Take a breather here and stroll the temple grounds – a wonderfully scenic photo opportunity. Continuing on our search for the best photo spots, we’ll make our way to the Lad Koh Viewpoint next and take in the panoramic views of the ocean and shoreline. We’ll cap off the day with a visit to two Buddhist temples, Big Buddha – famous for its 12-meter tall statue of Buddha that overlooks the island – and Wat Plai Laem – known for the striking 18-arm statue of the goddess of mercy and compassion. Escape to the serene coasts of Koh Tao and Koh Nang Yuan. Immerse yourself in natural beauty and participate in fun-filled activities like snorkeling, sunbathing, hiking, and sightseeing. Begin your day with a transfer from Hotel to Bangrak pier and enjoy a continental breakfast. Hop aboard a speedboat and ride to Mango Bay (Ao Muang) for snorkeling. Then proceed to Koh Tao (Turtle Island) and indulge in a Thai buffet lunch. Once your appetite is satisfied, then heading to Koh Nang Yuan. Release your stress before heading back to Koh Samui and return to your hotel. Our last stop on this tour is the remote jungle bar that offers great views over Chaweng. Here we will enjoy a non-alcoholic beverage before returning to your hotel. Cap off your sun- and sea-filled afternoon with a trip to Fisherman’s Village and a sunset dinner on the beach. We’ll start mid-afternoon by picking you up from your accommodations and making a quick side stop to two of Koh Samui’s famous temples. Our first stop is the Big Buddha temple: aptly named for the 12-meter tall golden statue of a serene-looking Buddha. We’ll climb to the top of the staircase and see the imposing statue up close in all its splendour. Known for its colourful designs and mix of Chinese and Thai architecture, Wat Plai Laem’s most eye-catching feature is the huge statue of the 18-arm Guanyin, believed to be the goddess of mercy and compassion. Explore the colourful grounds and spot another large statue of a laughing monk before we start our jet ski adventure. Following a briefing from our instructors, we’ll board jet skis and ride the waves, making the rounds of some of the island’s best beaches. Take in the long stretch of coastline at Bophut Beach, gaze at the turquoise waters of Maenam Beach, and admire the beautiful shores of Koh Som Beach. After our thrilling ride, we’ll make our way to the popular Fisherman’s Village for a spot of shopping. Walk by the numerous stalls and kiosks as you take in the wares and products on display.
