The Bernese Alps Discovery - Eiger-Jungfrau Glacier Panoramic Tour

This excursion starts with a comfortable ride in a modern deluxe coach on scenic routes to the most enchanting alpine world of the Bernese Oberland. In Lauterbrunnen, you will take the Wengernalp rack railway for a 45-minute trip up through idyllic alpine meadows and forests to the little village of Wengen, and then further on up to Kleine Scheidegg (at 2061 m / 6762 ft). Here you will find yourself in front of the most magnificent mountain backdrop of Mts Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. The imposing Eiger North Face is within touching distance. Time for lunch, relax or do some hiking on the well-signed hiking trails for all levels of competence. In the late afternoon meet up with your guide at Eiger Gletscher Station for a further highlight, a ride in the recently opened Eiger Express, a state-of-the-art 26-seat gondola takes you very close to the north face of the Eiger before arriving at Grindelwald where the coach awaits us. After a breathtaking day in the mountains, enjoy the scenic views as you back to Zurich for arrival at approx 8pm.
