Don’t leave the island without having tried the typical cuisine and whilst you´re at it, we throw in some fun and free-spirited entertainment in the form of a local folklore group. Try the Espetada, marinated beef cooked over an open fire on a Laurel skewer, as well as Milho Frito, delicious golden fried corn, and homemade garlic bread.
