Martis

 

Martis is located in the north-west of Sardinia and here live only 500 people. However, this country has several attractions. You cannot miss the visit of the Romanic Gothic church San Pantaleo, the most important modern temple of Martis. Later there will be the visit of a prestigious wine cellar, where you can also taste typical products of Sardinia. During the way back a stop to the Stoned Forest is expected: a beautiful landscape in which the trees have been transformed into stones because of an intense volcanic activity.
