Promising an exciting and engaging cooking class, participants will learn how to enhance flavour in fresh, local produce. The Chef demonstrates excellent cooking skills thanks to her vast experience cooking in restaurants and in the home kitchen and participants with little culinary experience need have no fear, as the chef promises simple recipes which can be remade at home. The course is offered in the morning and participants will of course have the opportunity to taste as well as cook!
